Contamac at the 45th Annual CLMA exhibition November 2006
The 45th Annual Contact Lens Manufacturers Association (CLMA) Exhibition was held at the Marriott McDowell Mountains resort in Scottsdale Arizona 9-11th November 2006. The CLMA proved to be a huge success for Contamac with a packed stand throughout the exhibition. Marty Dalsing commented, “With Contamac offering more technically advanced materials than ever before I expected the tradeshow to be busy, but with the level of interest we received, we needed more exhibiting hours”.
The theme for this years CLMA exhibition was “A Range of Comfort”. This opened the opportunity for Contamac US Inc to promote the market leading Optimum range of GP materials, to a delegation of approximately 150 participants from the industry. Contamac’s focus for the exhibition was to launch the recently approved plasma treated Optimum range of materials as well as introducing a range of consumables and accessories to the industry. In response to a survey conducted earlier in the year our customers requested a simplified Business Builder programme and Contamac also delivered this at the CLMA; taking it a step further Contamac enhanced the programme to ensure the scheme remains the most comprehensive flexible programme in the industry.
The presidents Wild West Adventure involved a chilli cook off and steak dinner, everyone had great fun, Contamac’s thanks go out to the organisers and we look forward to next year’s event.
