Definitive® is a breakthrough, new generation in hydrogel materials, engineered specifically to be lathe-fabricated by speciality lens laboratories. Finally those patients with unique prescriptions and / or challenging clinical situations and compromised corneas, will be able to experience the benefits of high oxygen delivery achievable with Silicone Hydrogel materials. The patent-pending composition has been optimised so that it does not dehydrate on the eye during wear. The advanced polymer matrix is inherently wettable and consequently no surface modification is required as with many conventional mid-water content hydrogel lens that are currently available. These attributes combine to support good corneal health and deliver excellent comfort from initial insertion until the end of the day.
